An Affiliate Partner’s guide to accessing leads

All affiliate partners can easily, and quickly, download leads from Course Creator. These simple steps will show you how. 

Nominate someone at your organisation to receive the Student Recruitment Representative permission in Course Creator. Send a request to partnersupport@futurelearn.com with the nominee’s email address so that our support team can send them the invitation via email. They must accept this invite in order to receive the proper access.

This specific permission is required because we must ensure that the way data is shared remains GDPR compliant, as  the information collected in the lead form includes the names and email addresses of submitted leads.

1. To get leads, the Student Recruitment Representative  must log into their FutureLearn account,, and click on the “Student recruitment” tile under the Marketing header near the bottom of their Course Creator homepage.

2. From here, the representative is able to retrieve the leads submitted on their degree description page by selecting Degrees under “Type of learner interest” and the desired date range. The report will be generated and available to download as a CSV file straight away. 

We also have a service making it quicker and easier for you to access leads. The Instant Lead Transfer functionality transfers all leads collected via forms on FutureLearn’s course detail pages automatically and instantly into your own CRM tool. This will reduce the time our learners wait for answers to their queries, and help drive conversions.
