Contents
The Partner Site is not part of the main FutureLearn site - it is hosted as part of Zendesk, our online customer helpdesk. This is where our partners can contact us if they have any questions about using Course Creator; building, designing and scheduling courses; our products and revenue share models; or using Learning Manager.
Most content on the Partner Site is visible to everyone. However, we may require you to sign in to access more operationally or commercially sensitive information. For this reason, we recommend creating an account on the Partner Site as well as FutureLearn.
Getting access
If you have contacted partnersupport@futurelearn.com, courses@futurelearn.com, used the widget in the bottom right corner of Course Creator, or filled in the contact form here on the Partner Site, you will already have an account in Zendesk.
Otherwise, you can create an account using your university or organisation email address. If you are still having problems accessing the site while signed in with your institutional address, please contact partnersupport@futurelearn.com from the same address.
If your email domain does not belong to a specific institution or organisation but you feel you require access to some of this content please contact partnersupport@futurelearn.com.
How to log in
Partners can login to the Partners site by selecting 'Sign in' from the top right corner of any page.
If you have contacted Partner Support before and this is your first time logging in, you will need to generate a password. To do this, select Get a password underneath the 'Sign in' button, as shown in the screenshot below.
If this is your first time contacting us or using the Partner Site, click Sign up to create your account.
You will receive a welcome email and be asked to verify your email address.
If you have any difficulties logging in please contact partnersupport@futurelearn.com.
Check on your requests
When you contact FutureLearn, you will receive an automatic email reply containing the text of your request and a reference number. Our Partner Support team monitors and replies to these requests.
To review the current status of your requests or tickets, click on your profile name and icon in the top right corner of the Partner Site and select 'My activities' from the drop-down that appears, as shown in the screenshot below.
From there, you will have the option to view your requests, any comments you have posted on an article, or updates to articles you've followed. This is shown in the screenshot below.
Follow articles or sections
The front page of the Partner Site is divided into categories, then sections. If you'd like to receive a notification when we update a section or article, you can follow them.
Articles
The 'Follow' option on an article is a white button with a pink outline located to the right of its title, as shown in the screenshot below:
Sections
If you access a section using a link or navigate to it from its main category on the Partner Site home page, the 'Follow' button will again be to the right of the section title. You will see the option to receive updates about new articles only, or new articles and comments in that section.
We recommend following the Product Updates and Events Calendar sections, so you receive a notification whenever we post news about what's coming up at FutureLearn.
