The Microcredential Achievement page is what learners see when they pass a microcredential on FutureLearn. Download our how to upload and publish learners' final result demo video.

When partners upload the final learner results on Learning Manager and hit publish, learners will receive an email informing them of their results. 

• Pass result: learners will receive a pass email with a link to the Microcredential Achievement page. This page links to the learner's Statement of Completion from FutureLearn. Learners will also be able to access the Microcredential from the 'Achievements' tab in 'Your Learning'. 
• Defer result: learners will not receive an email from FutureLearn, as it is assumed that they are already aware that they are deferring.
• Fail result: learners will receive an email informing them that they haven't passed, with a link to contact a member of the course team at the partner organisation, if they want to query their results. The email will also include a link to view a breakdown of their grades on the partner organisation's site if this information has been entered on the Microcredential Achievement page.

Completing the Microcredential Achievement page

Before the course starts send the below copy to courses@futurelearn.com and we will complete the achievement page.  These fields need to be completed to publish learner results via Learning Manager.

• Who can learners contact about querying results? -  this is a contact email address that learners can use to query results. This will appear as a link on the fail email.
• Course description - a brief description of the microcredential, subjects covered, and what skills learners demonstrated.
• CV description - a concise CV description of what learners have learned in the course written in past tense and first-person singular. This will appear under the heading 'Showcase your skills'.
