You will need to have the Program Learner Admin permission for the course you are working on. If you do not have this permission, speak to the Organisation Admin for your organisation - this will usually be a project lead or head of digital learning.
When you have this permission, you will see the option to upload results or edit a learner ID on the Learning Manager page for that course.
How to upload results
Ahead of uploading your results, you must:
- Create a CSV file with columns 'external_learner_id' and 'result'.
- Fill in the 'result' column for each learner with either 'Pass', 'Fail' or 'Defer' (each row must contain one of these values in the 'result' column).
- Choose and upload the CSV file.
Ensure that there are no additional spaces or other invisible characters in any of the columns, and that everything matches exactly with its existing entry in Learning Manager.
Once you have your spreadsheet:
1. Go to the Microcredentials tab in Learning Manager.
2. Find the course you want to edit. Click on the course title to access its Learning Manager page.
3. You will see the option to upload results or update learner IDs:
