Changes to the Facilitation Dashboard

At the end of this month, you will be able to use the new features of the Facilitation Dashboard. These changes will allow educators to communicate with learners through a single page, rather than using the Learner facing views. We recommend briefing teams in advance to let them know that the changes are upcoming.

Changes to the dashboard include:

• enabling all comments to be viewed in the dashboard
• allowing replies and likes to be made directly through this page
• A date filter to make it easier to support learners on On Demand courses

Coming Soon! Social Prompts

Over the next few weeks, we will be preparing to roll out an exciting new feature. We have been running a pilot to assign social learning prompts automatically into steps. This will be an optional feature, but offers the opportunity to reduce the time it takes to build new courses. We will provide more information about this in the following newsletter, you can see an example of how the prompts will appear ( the grey box) in the image below.
