Logging in to the partner site web pages brings a number of benefits. The majority of content is available to view openly.
How to log in
Partners can login to the Partners site by selecting 'Sign in' from the top right corner of any page.
If you have contacted courses@futurelearn.com previously you will automatically have been set up a Zendesk account with the email address you used to contact us.
To log in, you will need to generate a password by selecting Get a password shown in the image below.
If you haven't contacted our courses support team previously select 'Sign up'.
You will receive a welcome email and be asked to verify your email address.
If you have any difficulties logging in please contact courses@futurelearn.com.
Restricted content
The majority of content on the Partners site is open to anyone with the link. There are some instances where FutureLearn chooses to restrict access to and visibility of certain content for example around commercially sensitive information.
In those instances partners, are required to log in with an email address from their partner institution or organisation.
If your email domain does not belong to a specific institution or organisation but you feel you require access to some of this content please contact courses@futurelearn.com.
View submitted tickets
When you email courses@futurelearn.com or when you select 'submit a request' at the top right of the partners site, you will receive an automatic email reply with your 'ticket number'. Our Learning Technologists monitor and reply to these requests. You can view the current status of your requests or tickets by selecting 'My activities' under your profile. You can also add further information to the request and CC any other relevant individuals.

Follow articles or sections
If you log into the partners site you can follow sections or articles and receive email notifications when new articles are added or updated. To follow an article simply navigate to the article and click Follow.
You can find sections by selecting the header within any of our main categories such as Design, Build, or Product updates. You can then choose notifications for only new articles/posts within a section or for all new articles/posts and all comments.
