The General Marketing Playbook provides an overarching summary around how we market the FutureLearn marketplace, as well as covering tools and guidance for Short Courses specifically. We then have individual playbooks for the Microcredentials and ExpertTracks products (A Degrees Playbook is in the pipeline), which each contain a suite of downloadable assets for you to use.
These playbooks are your first port of call for any marketing questions before speaking with your Partnership Manager. We also encourage you to share your marketing plans with your Partnership Manager, especially if you are planning a +£50k spend on paid activity.
